AACN (Agent's Association & Co-operating Network), operated by Vontethu Bhargav Kamesh (sole proprietor) ("AACN", "we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. Information we collect

Account & membership data: name, firm/business name, city and service localities, RERA registration number (where provided), phone and email.
Identity / KYC: identity and business-standing details required to verify membership.
Listing & transaction data: property records you file, role claims and co-broking activity you participate in.
Payment data: membership payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We receive a payment reference/ID and status; we do not store your full card, UPI or bank credentials on our servers.
Technical data: basic device/log information needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To create and operate your membership and Trust Score.
To enable verified shared inventory and role-based co-broking between members.
To process your membership payment and issue confirmations.
To enforce the published Rulebook (conduct monitoring, dispute resolution) and meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the service: with other cooperating members where you choose to participate (e.g. a shared listing or a co-broking role), with our payment processor Razorpay to take payment, and with cloud-infrastructure providers that host the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on secured, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. We retain personal data for as long as your membership is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

5. Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.
