These Terms govern your membership and use of AACN (Agent's Association & Co-operating Network), operated by Vontethu Bhargav Kamesh (sole proprietor) ("AACN", "we", "us"). By joining or paying the membership fee, you agree to them and to the published AACN Rulebook.

1. Eligibility & membership

Membership is open to real-estate agents and firms who complete onboarding, accept the Rulebook, undertake to cooperate and be monitored, and activate an annual membership. RERA registration is welcomed and earns a Verified badge but is not required to join.

2. Membership fee

Membership is an annual subscription — currently a limited-time launch rate of ₹500/year (standard ₹5,000/year), payable via our payment gateway, Razorpay. The fee is the utility's only revenue. AACN never fixes or broadcasts commission and never takes a percentage of any deal. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. The Rulebook & conduct

Members must act honestly and put the consumer first: keep every listing authentic and current, disclose true transaction prices, honour the role-and-split protocol, and avoid circumvention or poaching. Breaches are handled under the published graduated citation schedule and two-tier dispute resolution, with notice, reasons and a right of appeal.

4. Shared inventory & co-broking

Listings filed into AACN are shared with cooperating members. AACN provides the framework and records role claims; it is not a party to any agency agreement or transaction between members or with clients, and does not act as a broker.

5. Acceptable use

You may not file fake or duplicate listings, misrepresent information, conceal prices, or use the service unlawfully. AACN may suspend or terminate membership for serious or repeated breaches, per the Rulebook.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, AACN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of, or transactions between, members and their clients. Numeric parameters shown in the portal (role weights, fee caps, point schedules) are illustrative and subject to local calibration.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
