Refund & Cancellation Policy

AACN (operated by Vontethu Bhargav Kamesh, sole proprietor) charges an annual membership fee — currently a limited-time launch rate of ₹500/year (standard ₹5,000/year). The fee is the utility's only revenue; AACN never takes a cut of your commission. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.
1. What you're paying for
The membership fee buys one year of access to the AACN cooperation utility — verified shared inventory, role-based co-broking, your Trust Score and the published Rulebook framework. It is a subscription for digital access, not a commission or brokerage charge.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops any future renewal; your access continues until the end of the paid period. To cancel, contact us at the email below.
3. Refunds
- Cooling-off window: if you request a refund within 7 days of payment and have not materially used member features (e.g. filing listings or claiming co-broking roles), we will refund the membership fee in full.
- After 7 days or after material use: the annual fee is generally non-refundable, as access has been provided. We may, at our discretion, issue a pro-rata or goodwill refund in exceptional cases.
- Duplicate / failed transactions: any accidental duplicate charge or amount debited without membership activation is refunded in full.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via our payment gateway, Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. Timing to reflect in your account depends on your bank/card issuer.
5. How to request
Email brokernetworkin@gmail.com with your registered name, email and the Razorpay payment ID from your confirmation. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
